Komplet Rumba Soft is a complete (100%) bakery mix for producing rich, dark cocoa chocolate cakes and sponges.
Bakers simply add eggs, oil and water to a very fluid batter that yields a moist, full-flavoured chocolate crumb with consistent volume. Suitable for sheet cakes, layer sponges and traybakes, the baked products freeze well, making it ideal for high-volume patisserie and confectionery production. Supplied in a 10 kg bag.
