Description
Zeelandia Cake Mix is a cake and sponge mix for bakery production made with sugar and wheat flour; the Yoghurt variant contains yoghurt powder and the Chocolate variant fat-reduced cocoa powder.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. May contain: eggs, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place at up to 25 °C; shelf life unopened is 180 days from the date of manufacture, and the mix is sold in 25 kg bags (Yoghurt, Chocolate, Caramel) and a 15 kg pack (Coconut).
