Description
Zeelandia Sponge Mix ZL is a cake and sponge mix for bakery sponge production, in plain and chocolate versions.
Both are based on sugar, wheat flour, potato starch and whey powder, with the chocolate mix adding cocoa powder and chocolate. Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. May contain: eggs, sesame, soya. Store dry (relative humidity up to 75 %) at up to 25 °C; shelf life 180 days from the date of production in closed original packaging; supplied in 25 kg (plain), 10 kg and 15 kg (chocolate) bags.
