Domson Complete Sponge Mix is a complete mix for sponge and cake production.
It is made in the United Kingdom from wheat flour, sugar, whole egg powder and whey powder, with emulsifiers, raising agents, natural flavouring and stabiliser. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians, it keeps for 9 months unopened in ambient, dry conditions, sealed in its original packaging away from direct sunlight, pests and strong odours, and is supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.
