Macphie Sponge Mix is a sponge cake mix for bakery production, based on sugar, fortified wheat flour and dried whole egg, made in the UK.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs. May contain: milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians, and for halal and kosher diets. Store unopened in a cool, dry place below 20 °C; shelf life is 270 days from date of manufacture, and it is supplied in a 10 kg bag.
