Dawn Decorgel Mirror Glaze is a Dawn Foods glaze for finishing patisserie, in Passion Fruit, Strawberry, Cocoa and Caramel.
The Strawberry glaze is made from glucose syrup, water and 19 % strawberries, and the Caramel glaze from glucose syrup, water and 2 % caramel with gelling agents. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for halal diets. Keep cool and dry; unopened shelf life 12 months (Strawberry and Caramel). Supplied in 3 kg (Passion Fruit, Strawberry) and 7 kg (Cocoa, Caramel) units.
