A cream cheese frosting for finishing cakes, sold as a 10 kg Macphie pack or a 6 kg Dawn pack.
Both are based on sugar and vegetable oils with cream cheese powder, 5% in the Macphie recipe and 8% in the Dawn, and the Macphie frosting is made in the UK. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, soya. Suitable for vegetarian and halal diets; store unopened below 20 °C, with a shelf life of 270 days (Macphie) or 9 months (Dawn).
