Zeelandia Paletta Choco is a cold-use cocoa mirror glaze for finishing cakes and pastries, made with glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water and fat-reduced cocoa powder plus 1 % chocolate.
Contains: soya. May contain: milk. Store in a dry place (relative humidity max 75 %) at 1 – 25 °C and use within 14 days of opening; shelf life unopened is 12 months from the date of manufacture in closed original packaging. Supplied in a 6 kg pack.
