Description
Craigmillar Merjel Cold Glaze from CSM (Bakemark) is a cold glaze for finishing cakes, tarts and pastries, available as Neutral and Strawberry in 8 kg packs.
Both are made from glucose-fructose syrup, water and sugar set with pectins, the Strawberry glaze also containing natural flavouring and black carrot and safflower concentrate, and both are produced in the Netherlands. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store at 5–20 °C; shelf life unopened is 365 days after production for Neutral and 270 days for Strawberry.
