Polmarkus Soft Sand Pound Cake Mix is a confectionery mix for baking pound cakes, based on sugar, wheat flour and wheat starch with rice starch, raising agents, emulsifiers and milk proteins.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. May contain: eggs, nuts, sesame, soya. Store at ideally up to 18 °C, maximum 25 °C, with humidity no higher than 75 %; unopened shelf life as stated on the specification sheet. Sold as a 25 kg bag.
