Komplet Karmelowe Soft is a complete (100%) professional bakery premix for caramel-flavoured sponge and fat cakes, studded with visible caramel granules that reinforce a rich toffee-caramel taste.
Simply combine the powder with eggs, water and oil to produce a smooth batter that bakes into light, moist, golden cakes with excellent shelf life. Supplied in a 10 kg bag for commercial bakery production of loaf cakes, traybakes and sponges.
