Komplet Daniela Cream Mix is a mix for preparing cream and custard fillings in the bakery, based on sugar, modified starch, whey powder and full-fat milk powder with palm oil and glucose syrup.
Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts, sesame, soya. Store optimally up to 18 °C and no higher than 25 °C at a maximum of 75 % humidity; shelf life unopened is 364 days; sold in a 25 kg bag.
