Zeelandia Delice Patissière is a custard cream mix for bakery cream and custard fillings, based on sugar, modified starch and whole milk powder together with whey and skimmed milk powders.
Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place (relative humidity up to 75 %) at up to 25 °C; shelf life is 180 days from the date of manufacture in closed original packaging. Supplied in a 10 kg bag.
