Description
Zeelandia Presta Filling is a flavoured cream filling for bakery products, sold in Cream, Vanilla, Advocaat, Chocolate, Lemon, Toffee and Mango flavours.
The fillings are based on water, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup and modified starch, with fat-reduced cocoa powder in some versions. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Store in a dry, cool place below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture, and avoid freezing; shelf life unopened is 9 months; each flavour is supplied as a 12 kg unit.
