Zeelandia Fondant Premium is a fondant icing for bakery use, made from sugar, glucose syrup and water with emulsifier E471, thickener E412 and acid E330.
Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C. Shelf life unopened is 12 months from the date of production in the closed original packaging, provided the recommended storage conditions are observed. Sold in a 14 kg pack.
