Arctos Fondant 30 is a fondant for icing bakery products, made from sugar, glucose syrup, water and citric acid E330, manufactured in Poland from components of different origin.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Keep in a closed container in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, at 10 to 25 °C and below 75 % humidity. Supplied in a 15 kg pack.
