Helios Water Fondant, a water fondant for bakery icing work.
It is made in Poland from three ingredients — sugar, glucose syrup and water — from components of different origin. Per 100 g it provides 348 kcal and 78 g sugars, with no fat, protein or salt. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight at 10 to 25 °C and humidity below 75 %; shelf life unopened 6 months from the production date; sold in 15 kg packs.
