Description
Macphie 5th Avenue Fudge Icing is made from sugar, glucose syrup and vegetable oil (rapeseed, palm); the Chocolate and Dark Chocolate flavours add fat-reduced cocoa powder (3 % and 5.5 %).
Allergens vary by flavour: Caramel contains soya; Chocolate contains milk and soya and may contain cereals containing gluten and eggs; Dark Chocolate contains soya and may contain cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk and sulphites; White may contain cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya and sulphites. Store unopened below 20 °C in a cool, dry place; unopened shelf life 365 days from manufacture (9 months for Strawberry). Sold in 12.5 kg packs: White, Caramel, Strawberry, Chocolate and Dark Chocolate; all suitable for vegetarians, all except Chocolate also for vegans.
