mixing time (cupcake): 5 min
baking temperature (cupcake): 180 °C
baking time (cupcake): 25 min
glaze temperature (glaze): 40 °C

Cupcake

Zeelandia Sandia Pound Cake Mix, Orange – 15 kgSandia Orange E limited 15kg	250 g
Oil	115 g
Eggs	115 g
Fruitcake mix	100 g

Glaze

Ingredient	Quantity
Zeelandia Fondant Ready (14 kg)	150 g

Method

Cupcake
Mix all ingredients on low speed for about 5 minutes using a flat beater. Pipe the mass into small silicone moulds for small cakes (about 70 g each). Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Cool.
Glaze
Heat the Fondant Ready to about 40°C. Cover the surface of the cupcakes with the glaze.
Decoration: decorate as desired.
