Description
Macphie Sensation cake mix for bakery cakes and sponges, made in the UK at Glenbervie; the Lemon mix is based on sugar and wheat flour with lemon fruit chips (8 %), and the Ginger mix on wheat flour and sugar with crystallised ginger (8.5 %) and ground ginger (3.5 %).
Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: soya, sulphites. Suitable for vegetarians, halal and kosher. Unopened, store in a cool, dry place below 20 °C; sold in 12.5 kg bags in Lemon, Ginger and Cherry Bakewell.
