Method
Place Macphie Lemon Sensation®, water and vegetable oil into a machine bowl fitted with a beater and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, then scrape down.
Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed.
Deposit 100 g into mini loaf cake cases and top with streusel topping. The topping is made by combining the Flapjack Mix and Shortbread Mix together with some butter.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
