Ireks Vegan Cake Mix is a cake and sponge mix from Germany, sold in Chocolate and Natural versions.
The Natural mix is based on wheat flour, sugar and soya protein concentrate with natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring, while the Chocolate mix adds fat-reduced cocoa powder; both are suitable for vegans. Contains: cereals containing gluten, soya. May contain: eggs, milk. Store unopened bags in a dry, cool place; shelf life unopened is 9 months, supplied in 12.5 kg bags.
