Description
A professional bread concentrate from British Bakels for producing wholesome, seed-rich breads, rolls and buns.
It carries a blend of pumpkin, linseed and sunflower seeds with wheat bran and oat flakes, and is added at around 50% to wheat flour before mixing in yeast and water. The result is darker-style loaves with a coarse, open crumb, plenty of fibre and good crunch. Supplied in a 16 kg bag for high-volume bakery use.
