Cereform Breadsoy is an enzyme-active full-fat soya flour milled from cleaned raw soya beans, used by professional bakeries as a natural bread improver.
Its enzyme activity acts as a natural bleaching agent for a whiter crumb in white breads and morning goods, while the high protein content boosts water absorption and yield. The natural fat and lecithin content softens crumb and helps extend shelf life across loaves, rolls and crusty breads. Supplied in a 25 kg bag.
