Cereform Breadsoy is an enzyme-active full-fat soya flour for use in bread and roll production.
Its sole ingredient is soya flour from Canadian-grown soya beans, with 36.77 g protein and 22.2 g fat per 100 g. Contains: soya. May contain: cereals containing gluten. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, it keeps for 270 days from manufacture unopened in cool, dry conditions between 10 °C and 25 °C, away from strong odours and high humidity, and comes in 25 kg bags.
