Description
Speculoos Creamy Spread is a sweet filling made with speculoos biscuit, for filling and spreading in bakery and dessert work.
It combines speculoos (wheat flour, brown sugar, palm fat, rapeseed oil, cinnamon) with rapeseed oil, sugar, palm fat, sunflower lecithin and caramel. Contains: cereals containing gluten. Suitable for vegetarians; store in a cool and dry place between 16 °C and 18 °C, with an unopened shelf life of 15 months, supplied in a 5 kg pack.
