It is made from sugar, sunflower and palm vegetable fat, low-fat cocoa powder, lactose and hazelnuts, with skimmed milk powder and soya lecithin. Contains: milk, nuts, soya. Declared halal, it should be kept in its original pack in cool (20 °C), dry storage – higher temperatures can cause oiling-out, so it may need stirring before use – and keeps for at least 15 months unopened; supplied in a 24 kg pack.
