Zeelandia Unikrem custard cream mix for preparing custard-style cream fillings for cakes and pastries, supplied in a 25 kg bag.

Based on sugar, modified starch and milk ingredients (whey powder, whole milk powder, whey permeate powder and milk proteins) with coconut oil. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place (relative humidity up to 75 %) at up to 25 °C; shelf life unopened 180 days from the date of production in closed original packaging.
