Macphie Sweet Snow is a dusting powder from the Icing Sugar & Fondant Powders range, used to dust finished bakery goods.
It is made from dextrose, sugar, cornflour and fully hydrogenated palm oil, manufactured in Glenbervie (GB) with UK country of origin, and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya. Unopened, store in a cool, dry place below 20 °C; shelf life is 365 days from date of manufacture, and it is supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.
