| Water | 400 g |
Method
Place the Macphie American Cake & Muffin Mix into a bowl fitted with a paddle, add the oil and water and beat for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down.
Beat for 6 minutes on middle speed, add in the blueberries and mix for a final minute on slow speed.
Deposit batter into desired cases.
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool and decorate with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
