Description
Kent Foods Icing Sugar CP is icing sugar for bakery and confectionery use, from the Icing Sugar & Fondant Powders range.
It is made from sugar beet of UK origin and provides 99.2 g of sugars per 100 g. Suitable for halal and kosher diets. Store in a cool, dry environment at 10 to 20 °C and 55 % RH or below, away from draughts, direct light and strong odours; shelf life unopened is up to 32 weeks from date of manufacture, supplied in a 25 kg bag.
