Macphie Flapjack Mix is a professional just-add-water, oat-based blend for baking moist, chewy flapjacks and traybakes with consistent results.
The mix delivers reliable structure that slices cleanly without excessive crumbling, making it ideal for grab-and-go snacks and cereal bars. It readily carries up to around 20% inclusions such as dried fruit, seeds or chocolate, so bakeries can build a varied traybake range from a single base. Supplied in a 12.5 kg bag for high-volume production.
