Ireks Paloma is a choux pastry mix for bakeries, made with maize flour, egg powder, maize starch and wheat flour, with the Czech Republic as its country of origin.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: lupin, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya. Store in cool, dry rooms at a maximum of +25 °C in closed packaging; the unopened shelf life is 240 days from the date of production, and the mix is supplied in a 15 kg bag.
