Dawn Foods Dark Devil’s Chocolate Cookie Base is a concentrated professional mix for producing rich, intensely dark American-style chocolate cookies with a characteristic cracked surface, crisp initial bite and soft, chewy centre.
Bakers simply add fat (margarine or butter) and water, then fold in any chosen inclusions such as chocolate chips or chunks, making it easy to create signature cookies. Supplied in a 12.5 kg pack for high-volume bakery production, it also performs well for cookie bars, traybakes and lining pie shells.
