Macphie Bun Concentrate is a UK-made concentrate for bun doughs, based on rapeseed and palm vegetable oils, dextrose and sugar with whey powder and skimmed milk powder.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. May contain: eggs, soya. Suitable for vegetarians; halal and kosher; store unopened in a cool, dry place below 20 °C, shelf life 270 days from date of manufacture, supplied in a 12.5 kg box.
