Bakels Lemon Cream Filling No E171 is a lemon-flavoured cream filling for bakery use, made without E171.
It is made from sugar, water, glucose syrup and RSPO palm oil, with lemon juice concentrate and natural lemon flavour, and coloured with carotenes (E160a). May contain: soya, sulphites. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store in clean, dry and cool conditions below 20 °C, shelf life 12 months unopened, supplied as a 6 kg unit.
