Description
UNIFERM FermFresh Dinkel Spelt is a sourdough product made with spelt wheat, supplied in an 18 kg plastic pail (PP).
Its main ingredients are spelt wheat (malted spelt wheat grains 16%, whole spelt wheat grains 16%), water, sourdough made from spelt wheat (21%) and honey (6.5%). Contains: cereals containing gluten (spelt). May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store chilled at 0 °C to +7 °C in dry conditions; unopened, it keeps for at least 3 months in the original closed packaging.
