IREKS Natural Liquid Rye Sour is a liquid rye sourdough for bread making, made from rye sourdough (water, rye flour, starter culture) with lactic and acetic acids, malt extract and roasted wheat malt flour, with country of origin Germany.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. Store dry at 15 to 20 °C; shelf life unopened is 6 months, and it is supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
