Sauer Dark is a dark rye sourdough concentrate from Uldo Polska for use in rye breads, made from rye bran, water, rye flour, acidity regulators and barley malt, and manufactured in Poland.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, sesame, soya. Store at a maximum of 30 °C; the unopened shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. Sold in a 25 kg bag.
