Backaldrin BAS Light is a liquid rye sourdough for bread production, made from rye sourdough (water, rye flour, mature sourdough) with acetic acid.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, nuts, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight and heat, and close the container after use; shelf life unopened is 36 months. Sold in a 12 kg pack.
