Puratos O-tentic Durum Sourdough Concentrate is a sourdough concentrate for bread doughs, made in Belgium from dried durum wheat sourdough, yeast, antioxidant ascorbic acid (E300) and enzymes.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: mustard. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, halal and kosher; packed under modified atmosphere, store in a dry place (max 65 % relative humidity) between 16 °C and 20 °C without stacking pallets; shelf life unopened is 12 months; supplied as a box of 10 × 1 kg.
