Description
Lesaffre Livendo™ Starter LV2 is a dehydrated professional sourdough starter culture combining selected strains of lactic acid bacteria and yeast for use in rye-wheat and wheat bakery products.
Applied at 0.2–0.5% flour weight, it develops a balanced lactic acidity with rye, sourdough, and fruity aromatic notes. Suitable for artisan baguettes, specialty rye breads, sandwich loaves, and Viennese pastries.
