Description

Zeelandia honey cake mix, a cake and sponge mix for producing honey cakes, supplied in a 25 kg bag.

Sugar and wheat flour lead the ingredients, with potato starch, apple and pear purée concentrate, whey powder and a stated honey content of 0.2 %. Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. May contain: eggs, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place at up to 75 % relative humidity and a temperature of up to 25 °C; unopened shelf life 180 days.
