Bakels Baktem is a bun and roll concentrate from the Bread Improvers & Dough Conditioners range; the Blue variant is based on sugar, palm stearin, palm oil and fortified wheat flour, with salt, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers and ascorbic acid.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in cool, dry conditions; shelf life unopened 270 days; available as Red and Blue in 12.5 kg bags.
