IREKS Soft Roll 7 is a bread improver and dough conditioner of German origin for bakery use, based on dextrose, salt, wheat flour and sugar with emulsifiers, soya flour, whey powder and rapeseed oil.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk, soya. May contain: eggs. Store unopened packages in a dry and cool place; minimum shelf life unopened is 9 months, supplied in 25 kg bags.
