Method

Cookies: Add the cookie base, butter and water to a mixing bowl and mix slowly for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mixed fruit, spice and orange compound and mix again until distributed throughout the cookie dough.
Weigh at 70g balls, place on lined baking trays and bake at 190°C for 12 minutes.
Tap the tray on the side and leave to cool.
Dust with cocoa powder or icing sugar and decorate with Dawn Orange Curls.
