Method
Prep: Allow the ring donuts to defrost.
Prep: Place the Glossy Icing into a bowl and warm in a microwave to achieve a good dipping consistency (maximum 45ºC).
Finish: Add a small amount of the Raspberry and Pistachio Compounds to the Glossy Icing and swirl in (do not mix in thoroughly).
Finish: Dip the top of each donut into the icing and remove any excess.
Finish: Decorate with a sprinkle of the chopped pistachios and freeze dried raspberry pieces.
