Method
Make Macphie Lemon Sensation® Cake according to the traybake recipe on pack.
When cool, cut into 3 equal layers.
Lightly whip Macphie GlenDelight® and blend with mascarpone cheese.
Pipe a layer of mascarpone cheese and Macphie GlenDelight® mixture on top of Macphie Lemon Sensation® Cake, followed by lemon curd.
Top with the next layer of Macphie Lemon Sensation® Cake.
Repeat the layer of mascarpone cheese, Macphie GlenDelight® and lemon curd, and place the final layer of Macphie Lemon Sensation® Cake on top.
Dust with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
