Ingredients

| Mango Tropicana E limited | 1000 g |
| Eggs | 500 g |
| Oil | 500 g |
| Zeelandia Fondant Ready (14 kg) | 300 g |
| Passion fruit | 60 g |
Method
Mix all ingredients on low speed for about 4 minutes (using a flat beater).
Deposit the batter into moulds, about 400 g per piece.
Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes (opening the damper for the last 10 minutes).
After baking, leave to cool.
