Method

  1. Base

Briefly mix all ingredients into a short dough and then chill. Knead the dough through, roll it out to a thickness of 3 mm and dock it.

  2. Base

Bake in a 60 x 40 cm tray for 15 minutes at 180°C in a deck oven (rotary oven 160°C).

  3. Cheesecake 1, 2 and 3: Whisk the ingredients of each cheesecake with a whisk at medium speed for 4 minutes.

  4. Cheesecake 1

Spread cheesecake 1 on the base first and place it in the freezer.

  5. Cheesecake 2

Then repeat this with cheesecake 2 and spread it on the first cheesecake layer.

  6. Cheesecake 3

Repeat once more with cheesecake 3 and freeze the whole cheesecake.

  7. Cut the cheesecake to the desired size (for example 8 x 4.5 cm) and finish as desired.
