Description
Bakels Pettina Cream Stabiliser is a stabiliser for cream fillings, supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
It is made from sugar and modified maize starch with the stabilisers E450 (tetrasodium diphosphate) and E401 (sodium alginate); the starch is sourced from the Netherlands, the stabilisers from Norway and the sugar from a range of countries. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store in cool, dry conditions, with a shelf life unopened of 365 days.
